The Bottleneck

A dermatology and aesthetics clinic wanted to publish regularly online, but medical-adjacent content carries real risk — vague or generic claims about skin treatments and procedures can mislead patients or draw regulatory attention. The clinic had no in-house writer and no reliable process for producing content that was both consistent and medically careful. Generic AI writing tools produced generic output: the kind of copy every other clinic's site already has, with no differentiation and no guardrails around what could and couldn't be claimed.

The Custom Architecture

We built a dedicated content pipeline rather than bolting a chatbot onto an existing site.

Next.js Publishing Site

A custom-built site with a structured content model, so every article is stored, versioned, and rendered the same way instead of living in a generic CMS template.

AI Drafting Engine

Using the Anthropic API, the engine generates full drafts against a prompt framework built specifically for dermatology and aesthetics content — accurate terminology, no unverified claims, and a consistent voice.

Human Review Queue

Every AI-drafted article lands in a review queue before it goes anywhere near the live site. A member of the clinic's team reads, edits, and approves each piece, so nothing publishes without a human checking it first.

Scheduled Publishing

Approved articles are queued and published on a fixed schedule automatically, so the clinic's content calendar runs on its own instead of depending on someone remembering to hit publish.

The Operational Impact

The clinic now has a functioning content operation instead of an empty blog. Every article is fully AI-drafted before a human touches it — zero hands-on drafting time per piece — while still going through a mandatory review step before publishing, so nothing ships without a person checking it. We're still confirming the exact publishing cadence and hours saved with the client and will update those numbers once we have a full quarter of data.
